After earning my B.A. in English from Barnard College of Columbia University, I pursued my passion for reading and writing by attaining a J.D. from University of Pittsburgh School of Law, and a Masters of Science in Public Policy and Management from Heinz College of Carnegie Mellon University.

After completing my studies in Pittsburgh, I served as law clerk for one year in Clarion County, Pennsylvania, for the Honorable James Arner (Ret.), followed by a one year clerkship in Union County, New Jersey, with the Honorable Camille Kenny (Ret.).

I began practicing law in 2017 with the law firm of Lamb Kretzer LLC in Secaucus, New Jersey, followed by Kinney Lisovicz Reilly & Wolff P.C., in Parsippany, New Jersey. During that time I assisted with all stages of litigation, including written discovery, and attending court conferences, depositions, and arbitrations in almost every county in New Jersey, as well as a few in Pennsylvania and New York.

In 2023, I founded the solo firm of McElroy Nardone Law LLC, in Essex County, New Jersey, in order to provide high quality legal support to clients and fellow attorneys.
